Was this book everything it said it was? Yes.Was this book also a bit ridiculous? Hell yes.
But did I read it anyway? Obviously, that's why we're here.
Beau is a big burly overprotective domineering jerk that doesn't realize he's gone for Bonnie until someone else tries to snatch her up. Bonnie has always had a crush on the eldest Barnett brother, even though they've never said more than five words to each other. All hell breaks loose when Beau decides that Bonnie is his and clams her. Did I forget to mention that Bonnie is a virgin? Oh yeah, she has been saving herself all this time.. for the right mountain man.
This book really made me laugh out loud. Beau was so ridiculous and obsessive over Bonnie. I was grateful that Bonnie wasn't completely insane and thought Beau was crazy too. If you're looking for an MC that loses his mind over the FMC, wants her all the time, and thinks she's the center of his universe? Look no further. This book was just so fun that I may continue with the rest of the mountain men. I'm sure crazy runs in the family.
